STEP 1:  Open your new First National Bank checking account with one of our Customer Service Representatives at either of our convenient locations:

STEP 2:  We recommend that you leave your old account open for a period of time to ensure that direct deposits and all automatic payments have been successfully switched to your new account with us.

STEP 3:  Print out and complete the Automatic Payment & Direct Deposit checklists below and bring them to a Customer Service Rep. at one of our locations.  Authorization forms available below must also be completed; however, WE WILL GLADLY HELP YOU complete the proper forms so that you can mail them to your current creditors and employers. (Signatures are required.)

STEP 4:  Verify that all automatic payments & deposits have converted correctly and close your former account. Destroy remaining checks, debit cards and ATM cards from previous account.
